Email Services

Email has long been a primary/essential source of internal and external communication for both small and large business and there doesn't as yet appear to be any slow down in it's use.

Buzzynet provides a safe and secure email system, also with efficiency in mind along with other services.

Noted also that all Email Packages include - domain email with DKIM, SPF and DMARC, Spam and Virus Filtering, and access to a Management Console to manage your own email accounts, keeping costs down.

The following packages are available to suite your needs -


 

 

Standard


Mailbox size of 3Gig.  For a regular user sending/receiving several emails with few attachments per day.  This mailbox potentialy would cover 2 or more years of work.

 


 

Medium


Mailbox size of 8Gig.  A user is able to send/receive many emails per day, plus not be restricted by volume of work related attachments.  This mailbox should last 2 or more years under this senario.

 


 

Large


Mailbox size of 14Gig. A significant size mailbox in which a user has virtually no restriction on the volume of standard send/receive emails, plus many attachments.  This mailbox should last 2 or more years in this situation.

 


 

Hoarder


Mailbox size of 40Gig.  As per the Large mailbox, this caters also for the user which never deletes data.

 


 

Cost reductions up to 8% are available for group purchases of 10 or more email accounts, and longer commitments
Small amount setup costs apply during the first month

 

Management Console available for Corporate Clients allows -

  • Email accounts - create and delete as many email accounts as required (maximum email accounts restricted to contractual agreement)
  • Email aliases - additional email addresses provides greater flexibility within your email allocations (Maximum email aliases restricted by contractual agreement)
  • Distribution lists - ensuring email always goes to all required persons (Maximum email aliases restricted by contractual agreement)
  • Mail forwarding - forward email to either another internal or external email address (Maximum email aliases restricted by contractual agreement)
  • Whitelists and/or Blacklists - ensure email is always allowed or denied from a particular email address
  • Passwords - the ability to reset passwords for forgetful staff
  • Out of Office - configure an Out of Office message with Start and End Date
